Please call us at our Portland office phone number 207-773-6177 with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Your initial appointment will consist of a comprehensive examination and a preliminary review of your treatment needs and options.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:
- Any relevant dental radiographs or records. These can be emailed to us at info@maineprosth.com.
- Both medical and dental insurance cards, as well as a photo ID.
- A referral from your primary care physician may be required. Please contact your insurance company or our office if you have questions.
- Your completed New Patient Paperwork.

Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept personal checks and credit cards. We are an independent private dental practice and provide exceptional care to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time of service. Care Credit and Lending Club are available as well.
Please remember, you are fully responsible for all fees incurred regardless of your insurance coverage.
Insurance Information
Maine Prosthodontics is not contracted with any dental or medical insurance companies and payment is due at time of service. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment so we can facilitate reimbursement.
Your medical insurance company may require a referral from your primary care physician prior to seeing us. Please contact your insurance company or our office should you have questions regarding this process.
